Droin’s 2024 Chablis, vinified entirely in stainless steel, offers aromas of spring flowers, pear and orange peel, followed by a medium- to full-bodied, bright and satiny palate that is more tensile than the Petit Chablis, concluding with a saline finish. It is a blend of some 40 parcels.

The 2024 Chablis Village is very neutral on the nose with light cooked apple scents. The palate is clean and fresh, but this is a bit simple with just a dab of blackcurrant leaf on the finish.
Clear pale yellow. This is much more classical than the Petit Chablis, with evident purity of fruit, and a good acid balance. Nicely poised, working evenly across the palate
