2005 Thomas Pinot Noir Dundee Hills

Light red. Intensely perfumed bouquet displays wild strawberry, raspberry, dried rose, minerals and cinnamon. Red berry flavors offer power without any impression of weight, picking up floral pastille and baking spice flavors with air. Suave finishing notes of red berries and candied cherry linger impressively. Delicious now, but my past experience with Thomas's wines tells me that this will easily repay a decade of cellaring.
