2019 Corton Greves

The 2019 Corton Grèves Grand Cru includes around 20% whole bunch this year. It has a very precise, mineral-driven bouquet of vibrant blackberry and raspberry mixed with briar, graphite and light tobacco scents; there is good complexity here. The palate is well balanced with crunchy red fruit, a superb line of acidity and real intensity and spiciness on the finish. Maybe the standout from Croix’s impressive selection of 2019s, this will give 20 years of drinking pleasure.
