Castellina in Chianti. 95% Sangiovese, 5% Colorino. Cask sample. Oenologist Stefano Porcinai. Deep concentrated ruby. Rich, sweet nose of crushed fruit and cherry compote. Vanilla note. Juicy, succulent red and dark fruit, with quite big tannic frame. Shows real length and potential. (WS)
