Note di degustazione
The dark-colored 1997 Chambolle-Musigny Les Amoureuses has a nose reminiscent of sweet cookie dough immersed in cherry syrup. This is a broad, thick, dense, and structured wine. Its muscular personality exhibits flavors of stones, black fruits, cassis, and red meat. Its slightly warm finish and jammy flavors suggest a hypothetical blend of a top-flight California Pinot Noir with a Burgundy. Anticipated maturity: 2001-2009. Importer: A Peter Vezan Selection, Paris fax #011-33-1-42-55-42-93.
