Note di degustazione
Exotic stone fruits, smoke and hazelnut on the nose. Fat, glyceral and sweet but with the fruit currently overshadowed by smoke and stone. The wine's impressive viscosity and volume are leavened by an exhilarating edge of acidity. Finishes very long and thick, with captivating mineral and orange oil notes. A large-scaled and very impressive wine with a strong soil character. This is 14.5% alcohol, with 4.5 grams per liter of acidity and 3.5 r.s.

(still a few grams of sugar remaining) Musky, reduced aromas of lemon, lime, ginger, spices and nuts; already highly complex. Then intensely flavored, deep and sappy, with superb mineral grip and a tactile saline element. This boasts wonderful inner-palate tension for the vintage. Finishes with a palate-dusting impression of extract. Saouma does more lees stirring with this wine.
