2015 Faust Cabernet Sauvignon The Lure

A barrel sample, the medium to deep garnet-purple colored 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon The Lure (coming from the Stagecoach Vineyard) has a pronounced black currant, garrigue, black olives and dried herbs-scented nose with touches of cedar, damp soil and underbrush. Medium to full-bodied, the muscular palate is packed with black fruits and earthy notions, with a firm, fine-grained backbone and long, lively finish.
