2011 Clos de l'Obac

The 2011 Clos de l'Obac is very similar to the 2011 Miserere, with those end-of-the-90s aromas of wet slate and warm earth with balsamic notes and very ripe black fruit developing some touches of Mediterranean herbs. The palate has an abundance of dusty, grainy tannins but the wine lacks a little in the middle and ends quite dry, with tannins that stick to your teeth. It needs powerful food. 12,000 bottles.
