2013 Domaine Joseph Voillot Volnay Les Fremiets 1er Cru

The 2013 Volnay 1er Cru les Fremiets has lifted redcurrant and cranberry fruit on the nose that is vibrant and pure, developing wilted rose-petal scents with aeration. The palate is smooth on the entry, quite primal and succulent with mulberry and red plum tinged with soy toward the finish. Drink this over the next six to eight years.
