1996 Barbaresco Rabaja

The 1996 Barbaresco Cascina Luisin Rabaja is nearly outstanding. It possesses a distinctive cigar tobacco-scented nose with aromas of kirsch liqueur, spice, and earth. Medium to full-bodied, with excellent richness, and good spice and length, it displays lots of tannin, but should be drunk over the next 7-8 years. No known American importer.
