The 2008 Perlato del Bosco comes across as more muscular and powerful than the seductive 2009. Dark cherries, berries, mocha, spices and espresso are some of the aromas and flavors that emerge from this intense, deep Perlato del Bosco. In 2008 the blend is 50% Sangiovese and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon.
