The 2007 Chianti Classico Riserva Petresco (100% Sangiovese) flows with red berries, crushed flowers, spices and licorice. The Petresco shows lovely textural finesse in its explosive fruit, with gorgeous inner perfume and fabulous overall balance. This is a fabulous effort from Le Cinciole and consulting oenologist Stefano Chioccioli.
