The medium yellow 2022 Timorasso Derthona has freshness and extract on the nose, with savory notes of lemon oils, pineapple rind, and lime leaf, and it’s delicately resinous with pine. Medium-bodied and ripe, with a compact feel, it has persistent fresh acidity, with notes of salty lemon candies through its long finish. It’s long on the palate and has some real aging potential over the coming 10-12 years.
