Note di degustazione
Medium yellow. Lemon curd and zest, pineapple, and allspice on the nose. A creamy-ripe fruit bomb with pineapple and peach flavors currently masking firm underlying minerality. This very ripe, fruit-driven Perrières finishes subtle, tactile and saline, mounting slowly in intensity on the aftertaste. (Incidentally, a bottle I tasted at the estate in June was adamantly dry, even a bit dusty, and much more dominated by crushed-stone minerality than this one.)

Here the oak seems to show a little more, suppressing the fruit at the moment. Zesty and long. The balance and length are equal to the Charmes and also more intensity but I slightly prefer that bottling. Really long. (JH)
