Note di degustazione
Delicious – lovely bright sour cherry fruit and already lusciousness – much fruitier than many 2004 red burgundies. That heady nose that first captivated me when I tasted a 1959 Amoureuses as a student… A wonderfully hedonistic wine for early drinking. (JR)

Good bright medium red. Sexy, pungent aromas of raspberry, smoke, minerals and underbrush. Sweet, silky and fat with fruit but nicely framed by ripe acidity. Dense, broad, fleshy wine with impressive breadth for the year. Finishes long and ripe.
Good dark red. Blueberry, blood orange, violet, spices and white pepper on the nose; a distinct step up in aromatic complexity and phenolic ripeness. Sweet, suave and primary, with precise flavors of dark fruits and flowers. This combines power and elegance and finishes fresh, fruity, subtle and long.
