Note di degustazione
(domain wine) Captivating aromas of citrus peel, spring flowers and nut oil. Dense, thick and intense, with a silky, almost oily texture leavened by brisk acidity. Extremely intense flavor of peche de vigne complicated by chewy minerality and a soil-driven saline element. This boasts the inner-mouth tension and delicacy of a top Chevalier-Montrachet. Wonderfully pure, sweet finish stimulates the salivary glands. The combination of power, freshness and thrust here is exhilarating.

(13.8% natural alcohol) Wonderfully ripe aromas of nectarine and spices. This boasts a sucrosite similar to that of the Clos de la Mouchere, with superb acidity as well, but not quite the fat or complexity of flavor today. Finishes a tad more phenolic but very long.
