Note di degustazione
The 2018 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru has an open bouquet. Lime and linden, hints of white orange pith and hints of honeysuckle emerge with time, these are very seductive aromatics. The palate is well balanced with a tannic entry, lots of lime here, very good grip, harmonious and conveying a sense of completeness. This is a seriously fine Chevalier-Montrachet with a long life ahead. Tasted blind at the Burgfest 2018 white tasting.

The 2018 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru has turned out brilliantly, unwinding in the glass with sachets of orange oil, white flowers, crisp orchard fruit, blanched almonds, vanilla pod and buttered toast. Full-bodied, satiny and concentrated, it's deep and multidimensional, with racy acids and a long, electric finish. This is one 2018 white Burgundy that is built for sustained bottle age.
