2004 Corton Le Rognet

(13.3% natural alcohol) Palish red. Reduced, wild nose shows smoked meat and rose petal. Fat, dense and sweet; with less gas, this comes across as softer than some of the preceding samples. A distinctly sweet style of 2004, finishing with very good length and a peppery nuance.
