2022 Meursault Chevalieres

As ever, the 2022 Meursault Les Chevalières is almost the stylistic mirror image of the Rougeots, even though the parcels are neighbors (the soil and exposition, however, are different). Unwinding in the glass with notes of citrus oil, crisp Anjou pear, white flowers, praline and freshly baked bread, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and racy, with a chiseled, intensely mineral profile and a mouthwateringly saline finish.
