The 2021 Meursault Meix Chavaux has a crisp, understated, yet mineral-driven bouquet that unfolds beautifully in the glass. The palate is flinty on the entry before segueing into a harmonious and slightly riper mid-palate than you would imagine from such a cool vintage. Deft touches of spice on the finish complete a delicious Meix Chavaux.

The 2021 Meursault Meix Chavaux has a perfumed bouquet with pressed white flowers and crushed stone, a little austere but there is real intensity here. The palate is well balanced with a fine thread of acidity and a hint of ginger with a lovely bitterness on the finish. Delicious, it will be difficult to resist in its youth.
The 2021 Meursault Meix Chavaux is delicate and precise, delivering aromas of crisp green apple, lemon oil, pastry cream and lime zest. medium-bodied, fine-boned and satiny, it's a pure, pretty wine in an elegantly middle-weight register.
