2003 Chablis Montmains

(from vines planted in 1990) Grapefruit and lime on the slightly exotic nose. Fat and sweet in the mouth, with notes of grapefruit and lichee. Best of all on the back end, which shows a dusty minerality and very good structure and grip. As I wrote the word "structure" in my notebook I realized that I was not using this word very often to describe the 2003s.
