Note di degustazione
The 2021 Beaune Bressandes Blanc 1er Cru has an attractive bouquet with jasmine and honeysuckle infusing the malic fruit. The palate is well balanced with commendable weight, perhaps not the most complex Bressandes that I have tasted from Jadot, yet it coheres nicely towards the finish and develops a slight menthol aftertaste. Good potential, but it needs two to three years in bottle.

The 2021 Beaune 1er Cru Bressandes Blanc (Domaine Gagey) exhibits aromas of freshly baked bread, peach, beeswax and almonds, followed by a medium to full-bodied, ample and satiny palate that's built around a racy spine of acidity, reflecting its higher-altitude origins.

Louis Jadot is arguably the most consistent négociant house in Burgundy. It has managed to straddle both the entry-level and fine wine market, while retaining respect in both.
