The 2020 Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Aux Vergelesses wafts from the glass with aromas of sweet wild berries, spices, rose petals, orange rind and forest floor. Medium to full-bodied, deep and concentrated, it's lively and perfumed, with an elegantly muscular chassis of powdery tannins that will require and reward some bottle age.

The 2020 Savigny-lès-Beaune Les Vergelesses 1er Cru is a step up in terms of concentration with vibrant blackberry, cassis and crushed stone scents, focused and precise.
