The 2023 Chablis Vauprin has quite a bit of reduction on the nose, though there seems to be a lot of wine behind that, conveying a sense of energy. The palate is fresh on the entry and has good depth. Again, it's quite reductive, but that works here because there is plenty of sapidity on the finish. The 2023 is tempting. Tasted blind at the BIVB offices in Chablis.
