This is also quite aromatically smoky in character with its nose of petrol, mineral reduction and pretty floral wisps. There is a bit more weight and flesh to the succulent yet punchy medium-bodied flavors that terminate in clean, nicely dry and better-balanced finale. This should age well over the mid-term.

It has a lively bouquet, perhaps more so than the previous vintage, with crushed limestone, red apples and just a hint of chamomile.
