The 2023 Meursault Les Genevrières 1er Cru comes from purchased must. It is more refined on the nose than the Les Charmes-Dessus, with touches of popcorn, shaved almond and yellow flowers. The palate is well balanced with a rounded, honeyed texture with touches of fig and clementine. It needs a little more mineralité on the finish to rank amongst the best from this vineyard.
