Note di degustazione
Fresh, lively and elegant, this is not at all what the world expects from this Grand Cru, but it is so exciting, whipping across your palate at a very brisk clip. Silky tannins and a really long, stony finish with terrific energy. Drink or hold.

Owing to a late malolactic fermentation, the 2023 Château Corton-Grancey Grand Cru was one of the more primary cuvées in the cellar when I visited, unwinding in the glass to reveal aromas of sweet raspberries, plums, spices and licorice. Medium to full-bodied, deep and rich, with powdery tannin to burn, it's the usual blend based on Bressandes complemented by Perrières, Grèves and Clos du Roi.
Informazioni sul produttore

The Latour family has been growing vines in Burgundy since at least 1731. Their négociant business – today one of the region’s biggest names – was founded in 1797. Still family-owned today, the company owns 48 hectares of vines, 27 of which are Grand Cru, as well as its own cooperage.
