1987 Meursault Poruzot

Jobard's 1987 Meursault 1er Cru Porusots is cruising along today, with a youthful color and a complex nose of yellow orchard fruit, iodine and buttered toast. Medium-bodied, ample and satiny, the vintage deprives the wine of a bit of mid-palate density, but it remains seamless, flavorful and impeccably balanced.
