Medium red. Reticent aromas of plum, black raspberry and spices. Silky, fleshy and young, offering noteworthy inner-palate energy to its pungent black and red fruit flavors. Ultimately less expressive today than the perfumed Charmes, but the wine's refined tannins and superb length suggest that it will reward mid-term cellaring.
