2019 St Aubin Blanc Les Combes

The 2019 Saint-Aubin Les Combes 1er Cru is certainly more expressive on the nose than the La Charmois with vivacious yellow plum and citrus peel notes, becoming increasingly floral with hints of camomile developing in the glass. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, taut and linear, just a slight reduction towards the finish but delivers in terms of persistence. Superb.
