The 2005 Argentiera, the estate's top bottling, is a slender version of this wine owing to the difficult vintage. The wine reveals pretty aromatics and an attractive core of fruit, grilled herbs and earthiness. It possesses excellent length on the palate, although the tannins dry out a little on the finish.
