2021 Moscato d'Asti

Packaged in its distinctive tall bottle, the organic I Vignaioli di Santo Stefano 2021 Moscato d'Asti displays a luminous appearance with foamy but short-lived beading. The wine is fragrant and floral but not excessively so, with jasmine, peach and lemon blossom. Those floral tones are balanced by wild sage and crushed stone. The 2012 vintage has a sweet side, but it also shows some savory contrasting to balance out the effect. The alcohol content is a moderate 5.5%.
