(bottled in August of 2003) Peach, smoke and ginger on the nose. Sweet and lively, with nicely delineated flavors of peach, lemon and stone. A tad dry on the back but boasts good minerally grip.

I loved the deep, rich, almond aromas found in the 2002 Saint-Aubin Le Charmois. This fleshy, expansive, medium-bodied wine is spicy, packed with resiny minerals, and reveals a long, suave finish.
