After replanting with the estate's highest quality massal selections, the 2022 Pommard 1er Cru Rugiens (Domaine Louis Jadot) marks the return to the lineup of this cuvée. For a third-leaf vineyard, the results are more than impressive. Bursting with aromas of plums, berries, spices and licorice, it's medium to full-bodied, velvety and seamless, with a suave, layered profile, succulent acids and a saline finish. This is very promising.
