Light, simple red fruit with much less of the depth and weight that characterises their Maranges premier cru. Still pretty tannic though, which leaves the balance slightly hollow. Warm to finish. (RH)

From a high altitude, stony site, this is a singular Côte de Beaune bottling that will appeal to purists who love tensile, precise reds.
