Note di degustazione
The 2019 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru has an effervescent bouquet with orange zest and almond scents. Seaspray touches come through with aeration. The palate is well balanced with a pleasant sour lemon twist on the entry, relatively fresh and tensile with a brisk, quite peppery, lemony finish that lingers in the mouth. Superb. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting. (Drink between 2025-2048) (NM)

Hint of smokiness with green-apple fruit, a hint of wood and an elegant palate feel. Stony/mineral finish. A fine Les Clos with excellent purity and lift – a top example for extended ageing. (AWH)
The 2019 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru has a clean, precise, more floral bouquet than the Valmur; white flower petal scents infuse the citrus fruit, along with a hint of egg whites. The palate is well balanced, taut and linear, with great poise and nervosité , leading to an intense and very persistent finish. This will vie with the Valmur as best Grand Cru.
