Notes of pear, citrus zest, bread dough and crisp green apple introduce the 2020 Meursault Clos le Meix Tavaux, a medium to full-bodied, taut and chiseled wine that's bright and saline, standing out as one of the more incisive wines in the range.

The 2020 Meursault Le Meix Tavaux is the second release of this cuvée from the Domaine. Like the Meursault Village, this was quite reduced on the nose. The palate shows more promise with quince and orange zest, not complex but with a fine bead of acidity with fine weight on the finish that shows quite a lot of extract.
