Note di degustazione
The 2023 Fleur de Pédesclaux, which has a high proportion of Petit Verdot (14%), has a light bouquet that just needs more presence and fruit intensity. The palate is medium-bodied, with light tannins, a little dark chocolate infusing the black fruit but missing some complexity on the finish. Early drinking.

Unfussy, enjoyable, blueberry character wrapped up in sage and cumin spices, curls of rose petals, good stuff. 30% new oak. First vintage certified organic.
Blackberries, spice, and juicy red currants are the name of the game here. The wine is medium-bodied, fresh, forward, and frankly, already delicious, leaving you with a nice blast of juicy red berries in the finish. You can enjoy this on release, and for a decade or so after that.
Lots of blackberry, dark-chocolate and hazelnut character. Hint of chalk, too. Medium to full body, juicy fruit and a savory finish. 52% cabernet sauvignon, 32% merlot, 14% petit verdot and 2% cabernet franc.
