Subtle, stony citrus aroma. Then more creamy on the palate and doesn't seem any more intense, perhaps less so, than the Bourgogne Côte d'Or Cuvée Oligocène, which seems better value. (JH)

The 2022 Meursault Les Clousots is quite fragrant on the nose, with scents of apple blossom, pear and just a background aroma of quince. The palate is well balanced, with a brisk entry, fine acidity, just a very small reduction and a waxy-textured finish. This should drink well after 12-18 months.
