Anticipated maturity: 2012-2017. Il Molino di Grace is one of the most perplexing wineries in Chianti Classico. The 2005 Gratius (Sangiovese) is a soft, supple red with well-articulated dark fruit woven into layers of spices and sweet French oak. The wine reveals excellent balance in the accessible, easy going style that is found in so many wines in this vintage.
