Note di degustazione
The 2018 Bourgogne Rouge from de Montille offers up a pure and expressive bouquet of raspberries and cherries, framed by delicate soil tones, followed by a medium-bodied, succulent and fine-boned palate, youthfully chewy tannins asserting themselves on the finish. It was vinified with around 25% whole clusters and saw some 5% new oak.

There is a nice freshness as well as ginger and baked apple on the nose. A refined palate that is really fresh as well as having good density and ripeness of fruit, and a slight note of wet wool on the finish. GV (AC)
The 2018 Bourgogne Rouge contains a little more whole cluster this year and is matured in 5% new oak. It has a vibrant bouquet of crunchy blackberry and raspberry fruit. The palate is well balanced with chalky tannins and modest depth. Quite minerally in the mouth, leading to a vibrant finish. This is a lovely generic red Burgundy.
