50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc. Smoked meat, black cherry, plum, sage and a balsamic note from volatile acidity. There’s also the anise note I find in most of Orma’s wines. Smooth, with lightly grainy tannins. Good structure and complexity give it the potential for further ageing. (JRL)

This is a dense and powerful red with lots of currant and blackberry aromas. Full body and creamy tannins, yet ripe and pretty. Lovely length and beauty. Needs a year or two to come together. Try after 2020.
