Note di degustazione
65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot. 50% new oak for 14 months. Deep crimson. Less primary than the 2016 and seems to smell a little sweeter and more red fruited so that the overall effect is sweet and sour at the moment but it’s built to last. (JH)

The 2014 La Fleur Peyrabon has plenty of smudged raspberry coulis and graphite scents on the nose, forward and just needing a little more clarity. The palate is medium-bodied with light tannin, simple tobacco-tinged red fruit with an easy-going finish. Drink over the next 4-5 years. Tasted September 2016.
Blueish purple. Creamy nose but a bit tough and spiky on the palate. The fruit doesn’t seem fully ripe. Grainy and drying on the end. Ungenerous. (JR)
