2017 Meursault Les Durots

The 2017 Meursault Les Durots, which comes from just under Les Santenots on clayey soils, has an attractive wild strawberry and blueberry scented bouquet that actually does convey the voluptuousness of a Volnay Santenots. The palate is a little more rustic than the aromatics, but there is good structure with fine grip. The finish is clean and pure with a light marine end. Drink over the next 6 or 7 years.
