The 2021 Pommard Les Cras has a perfumed bouquet with cranberry and wild strawberry fruit, a touch of sea spray and undergrowth emerging with time. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit and fine-boned tannins, harmonious and focused with impressive precision on the finish. This is better than the previous vintage and remains Bouzereau's classiest rouge.
