Offering up aromas of orange oil, ripe lemon, crisp stone fruit, beeswax and smoke, Servin's 2020 Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre is medium to full-bodied, satiny and enveloping, with racy acids, terrific depth at the core and a long, saline finish. It's the finest rendition of this cuvée since 2017.

The 2020 Chablis Montée de Tonnerre 1er Cru, taken from tank, has a well-defined bouquet with touches of white flowers and white pepper. The palate is well balanced with a saline entry, a superb line of acidity and a fresh, vibrant, classic Chablis finish. Excellent.
