Aromas of sweet yellow orchard fruit, beeswax and marzipan introduce the 2020 Beaune 1er Cru Champs Pimont, a medium to full-bodied, ample and satiny wine with a sweet core of fruit and a saline finish. This cuvée sees no new wood, and part of it's matured in concrete.

Based in Pernand-Vergelesses, the Rapet family has been involved in wine since at least the 18th century. The property owns 20 hectares of vines around and on the hill of Corton. Vincent and Sylvette are at the helm today, with their son Robin now working alongside them.
