The 2021 Chablis Vosgros 1er Cru has a crisp and precise bouquet, demonstrating more limestone terroir than its peers in this flight, though it is nicely understated in style. The palate is fresh on the entry, crisp and tensile with a twist of sour lemon and a bright, energetic if not overly complicated finish. This will drink nicely for the next decade.
