Good deep red. Spicy dark raspberry dominates the nose. Sweet and lush in the mouth, with very good depth to the flavors of raspberry, spices and crushed stone. This boasts excellent density and finishing sweetness for the year. No rough edges here.

Bright ruby-red. Superripe aroma of blackberry pie, with mineral and crushed stone hints. Quite large-scaled for this cuvee, even a bit roasted today, with impressive volume and a load of ripe tannins. Perrot-Minot loves this wine for its thorough ripeness, but today I find it almost too much. The yield here was reportedly just 28 hectoliters per hectare due to millerandage
