2020 Pommard Les Pezerolles

Matured in 30% new oak, the 2020 Pommard Les Pezerolles 1er Cru has a distinctly floral bouquet with pressed iris petals infusing the black cherries and raspberry fruit. This vineyard was acutely affected by the lack of rainfall according to Étienne Chaix, yielding half the normal crop as a consequence there is a lot of concentration here.
